The Garden Party Cluster, hosted by the Bucks County Kennel Club and Trenton Kennel Club, is an exciting opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services to a large audience of dog enthusiasts, exhibitors, and attendees.

Vendor Opportunities
We welcome two types of vendors at the Garden Party Cluster:
Merchandise Vendors
Ideal for businesses selling pet-related items, artwork, accessories, crafts, clothing, and more.
Food Vendors
Perfect for food trucks and concession stands offering a variety of food and beverages to event attendees.

Fees
Merchandise Vendor Fees & Space Options

15 feet: $150 for one day, $200 for two days, $300 for all four days

20 feet: $180 for one day, $230 for two days, $330 for all four days
-
30 feet: $200 for one day, $250 for two days, $350 for all four days
-
40+ feet: $275 for one day, $325 for two days, $400 for all four days
Food Vendor Fee

Flat rate of $100 (regardless of the number of days attending)

Additional Requirements

Liability Insurance: Vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming:

New Jersey Sales Tax Documentation: Vendors must have proof of registration available for inspection.

Food Vendors Only:

Obtain a Health Certificate from the West Windsor Health Department – (609) 936-8400

Obtain a Propane Certificate from the West Windsor Fire Safety Department – (609) 799-8735
-
Both must be secured by March 24, 2025, to avoid late fees.

Set-Up and Break-Down

Set-Up: Thursday, May 1, from 10 AM – 5 PM | Friday – Monday before 8 AM

Breakdown: After 4 PM each event day

Parking: Vendors may park a van, car, or small trailer (5’ x 8’ max) behind their booth. RVs are not permitted.
-
Utilities: No electrical or water hook-ups are available. Vendors using generators must indicate this on their application.
